GREENBRIER – A premier golf course community in the city limits of New Bern, this Weyerhaeuser Development is noted for its first-class golfing, its beauty, and its convenient location. With excellent tennis courts and clubhouse with swimming pool, this community attracts both golfers and non-golfers. Prices of patio homes are in the $115,000 range, townhomes are in the $180,000 range and single-family homes range from $160.000 to $500,000.

HAYWOOD FARMS – An area near Haywood Creek and close to Ben Quinn Elementary School. Prices range from $120,000 to $200,000. Haywood Creek Landing homes range from $180,000 to $500,000.

TABERNA – Another new development by Weyerhaeuser. Across the Trent River from New Bern, the property has been annexed by the city and has city water and sewer service. The community has a fine golf course with clubhouse, pedestrian trails and walkways, and a canoe dock, since the property is on Brice's Creek. Lots are currently available starting at $45,000. Homes range from $175,000 to $500,000.

WILSON CREEK – Also in Trent Woods, a delightful area with some homes overlooking Wilson Creek off the Trent River. Prices range from $175,000 to $400,000.

BELLEFERN – A growing neighborhood in Trent Woods, the original homes of which border the New Bern Golf and Country Club. Most lost are nicely wooded, and there are new townhomes and single family homes. Prices range from $250,000 to $400,000.

COUNTRY CLUB HILLS – A lovely Trent Woods neighborhood with winding, tree-lined streets with mature azaleas and dogwoods. Some areas have new construction. Prices range from $175,000 to $250,000.

CREEKS END – A premier area with very large homes from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. The location is excellent. Prices range from $350,000 to $500,000.

DEER RUN – A newer area with lots and spec houses fro sale. This neighborhood has its own tennis courts. Prices range from $145,000 to $185,000.

DERBY PARK AND FOREST PARK – Built with the first-time buyer in mind, these smaller homes are popular with retirees as well. The neighborhoods are conveniently located in New Bern. Prices range from $86,000 to $150,000.

JIMMIES CREEK - Built with the first-time buyer in mind, these smaller homes are also popular with retirees, and conveniently located in New Bern. Prices range from $86,000 to $150,000.

FOX HOLLOW – A wonderful family neighborhood with large wooded lots in Trent Woods. Prices range from $90,000 to $150,000.
