The total population of Craven County is 91,970. New Bern and Havelock have the highest populations in the county at 23,195 and 22,846, respectively. The median age is 34.4 years. Median household income is $46,200. The population distribution by age is 27.4% for children 19 years and younger, 59.2% for adults 20 to 64 years, and 13.4% for adults 65 years and older.

Education
